To kick off the holiday recipes, Good Heat Chef Clayton Sherrod has shared his recipe for Tollhouse Cake. Not only is it delicious and perfect for the holidays, it’s so simple children and grandchildren will enjoy helping you make it.
2 sticks butter, melted
1 box brown sugar
2 cups self-rising flour
6 ounces chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Mix ingredients in the order listed above. Pour mixed ingredients into a greased and floured 9” x 13” pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. To make it even better, serve right out of the oven with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
