In July, we introduced the new online service called My Account. With the new service came new and (we think) pretty awesome benefits for our residential customers. Now, you can pay online or by phone with a checking account or credit card…no fee required. That’s right. Alagasco residential customers will no longer have to pay a convenience fee when you pay online or over the phone.
So, go register for My Account today! Along with this added benefit, there are so many other cool options that are offered now in one, easy-to-use site.

To access My Account, all you have to do is register. Here’s how:
- Visit Alagasco.com and click the login button at the top of the page.
- Click the “Register” button.
- To register for My Account, you will need your Alagasco account number and your social security number and/or the telephone number on the account.
