eBill: Each month, we’ll notify you via email when your bill is ready for viewing. When you receive your electronic bill, you can log into the official eBill site and make a payment. Sign up or access the official eBill site by clicking here.
ePayment: Make an electronic payment as often as you like with Western Union Speedpay® and still receive your paper bill. Western Union Speedpay® charges a $3.95 convenience fee per transaction. Alagasco receives no portion of this fee. Sign up or access the official ePayment site by clicking here.
Bank Draft: Bank Draft allows you to automatically pay your gas bill every month without the chore of writing and mailing a check. You will continue to receive a bill, and the amount due will automatically be deducted from your bank account on the delinquent date of the bill.
By Mail: Send your payment to: Alagasco, P. O. Box 2224, Birmingham, AL 35246-0022. For your convenience, an addressed return envelope is included with your paper bill.
Payment Agent: Pay your bill at an authorized payment agent such as a local grocery store or merchant near you. Some payment agents have extended business hours. Pay by Phone: Call 1-800-292-4008 to make a payment by phone through Western Union Speedpay®. A $3.95 convenience fee per transaction is charged. Alagasco receives no portion of this fee.
